FAQ

Are the stickers good quality? Absolutely. Our stickers are screenprinted by the great people at Diesel Fuel Prints in Portland, OR. The stickers are made out of top quality outdoor weatherproof vinyl with a 7-10 year average life expectancy. The inks they use do not smear or fade in sunlight.

How much is shipping? If you order from inside the US, shipping is $2.50 for USPS First Class Mail. But if you spend more than $50, shipping is free. For International orders, shipping is a flat rate of $6.

What shipping carriers do you use? We use the United State Postal Service.

Can I expedite my order? At this point, we only offer USPS First Class Mail, which delivers in 3-6 days within the US, and up to 15-21 business days outside the US.

I placed an order! When will I get it? We pack and ship orders from our Brooklyn studio as soon as we can, it may take up to 3 business days. For domestic orders, USPS delivers shipments in 2-6 business days. For international orders, USPS shipments may take up to 15-21 business days.

I haven’t received my order yet. What’s going on? If you are in the US and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 20 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thank you for your patience!

Can I change my order? Changing an order after it’s been placed can be hard because our turnaround time is pretty fast. If you notice that something is wrong with your order, we recommend emailing us immediately. We will always do our best to help you.

Can I return my order? At this point, we don’t offer any returns. However, if something is wrong with your order, email us to let us know so we can find a way to compensate you.

I received my order but there is something wrong with it. What should I do? We’re so sorry! Please email us with your order number and a couple of photos and we will get back to you.
 
What are my payment options? You can pay using your credit card or PayPal account.
 
I am having trouble placing an order online, do you take phone orders? We do not take orders over the phone. If you’re having trouble with the site, please try placing your order on a different device or a in a different browser. Otherwise, please email us and we can figure it out together.

Why can’t I add something to my cart? If you cannot add an item to your cart, it usually means that the item is out of stock. If you think something is wrong with the site, please email us!

I’ve sent you an email, when will you reply? We typically reply to all messages within 2 business days. Our office is closed on weekends and some holidays, in which case we’ll try to respond to you during the next business day.

How safe is it to order online? This online store is powered by Shopify, which is one of the safest payment processing services on the web. If you have any security questions or concerns please check out Shopify Payments.

How do I order a gift for someone? When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. Add a note to your order to let us know this is a gift, and we will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
